Winemaking:
Vinified in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 22ºC, 12 months in the bottle.
Grape Varieties:
Tinta Roriz,Touriga Nacional,Trincadeira
Tasting Notes:
Ruby red colour. Aromas of violet, bergamot and notes of sweet spice. Structured and concentrated but very fresh with ripe and round tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
A steamed veal combines very well with this red.
