Réccua Tawny Port

Winemaking:
100% manual harvesting. Crushing with total destemming, fermentation with strong maceration, interrupted by the addition of brandy (77%). Stage in wooden containers for some years.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Tinta Roriz,Touriga Franca,Tinta Barroca

Tasting Notes:
Auburn colour. Delicate and fruity aroma. Associated with some red fruits and wood. Quite elegant and persistent, denoting in the mouth a harmoniously pleasant evolution and taste.

Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle should be stored upright, avoiding direct light and excessive humidity, ideally at a constant temperature of 16ºC-18ºC. is ready for drinking and will not improve if kept for a long time. Serve between 14ºC-16ºC.

Food Pairing:
It goes well with a large variety of caramel or coffee desserts as well as apple pie and traditional creams. It also paris well with strong or blue cheese such as Roquefort. It is also a very agreeable aperitif when served chilled with nuts.
