Olaria White

Winemaking:
Grapes are unloaded at our cellar and immediately destemmed, crushed and cooled. They settle for eight hours in order to extract greater aroma from the skins. After this period, they are pressed, with the must drawn off and clarified through decanting. The must’s temperature is then kept at 15ºC (59ºF) during fermentation. Once the fermentation phase is finished, the wine is immediately transferred in order to initiate the stabilization and clarification process.

Grape Varieties:
Antão Vaz,Síria,Rabo de Ovelha,Perrum

Tasting Notes:
Crystal clear wine, with a straw colour, a fresh and fruity, balanced in the palate.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be drunk immediately at a temperature of 12ºC.

Food Pairing:
Accompanies gaspacho, grilled or boiled fish and seafood.
