Winemaking:
100% manual harvesting. Crushing with total destemming, fermentation with strong maceration, interrupted by the addition of brandy (77%). Stage in wooden containers for some years.

Grape Varieties:
Malvasia Fina,Vital,Boal,Rabigato,Gouveio

Tasting Notes:
Amber and crystalline in appearance. A complex and distinctive aroma, fresh and intense floral. Clear alcohol. Good body, excellent grease with good acidity. Leaves a persistent and daring ending.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serving temperature at 15ºC to 16 ºC

Food Pairing:
This wine is excellent as na aperetif, and fresh. It is also na excellent combination for cakes and sweet desserts.
