Cedro White Port

Winemaking:
Manual harvesting. Crushing with total destemming, fermentation with strong maceration, interrupted by the addition of brandy (77%). Staging in wooden containers for some years.

Grape Varieties:
Malvasia Fina,Vital,Boal,Rabigato,Gouveio

Tasting Notes:
Amber and cristalline color. Complex and distint aroma, fresh and floral. The alcoholic aroma is also evident. Good body, unctuous and good acidity in the end of mouth. Persistent in the end of mouth.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serving temperature at 15ºC to 16 ºC

Food Pairing:
This wine is excellent as na aperetif, and fresh. It is also na excellent combination for cakes and sweet desserts.
