Winemaking:
Vinificated using the very latest temperature-controlled fermentation techniques. Ageing for 6 months in French oak barrels.

Grape Varieties:
Aragonêz,Trincadeira,Alicante Bouchet

Tasting Notes:
Ripe plum notes and jams are combined with vegetables and spices notes. On the palate, the soft tone, with light vanilla, is enlivened by firm tannins, a well-balanced set.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Goes well as an accompaniment to game and cheese.
