Hortas do Caseirinho Frisante Red Sparkling

Winemaking:
Total destemming to enhance the varietal aromas. Cold skin maceration for 8 days. Fermentation at controlled temperature at 24ºC. When bottled, the wine is filtered and stabilized.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Vinhão,Espadal,Touriga Franca

Tasting Notes:
Ruby red color of strong concentration. Aromas fresh and quite fruity, resembling plum and wild ripe aromas. In the mouth it has a strong, dense and concentrated structure. Tannins well present, but soft and well incorporated in the set.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve fresh, at a temperature of 8-10ºC.

Food Pairing:
Especially recommend to accompany starters, caviar, and fatty fish.
