Winemaking:
Vinified by the traditional process in stainless steel vats with fermentation temperature of about 18ºC.

Grape Varieties:
Antão Vaz,Arinto,Verdelho

Tasting Notes:
Citrus yellow color, aroma of tropical fruits, mineral, good acidity, fresh and lingering finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.

Food Pairing:
To be dished up with roasted fish in the oven, cod-fish, shellfish, sushi and also soft sheep cheese.
