Winemaking:
Manual harvest, very selective, with great ripeness criteria. Brief pre-fermentation maceration. Alcoholic fermentation with temperature control in vats stainless steel, thus producing more elegant wines, preserving flavorings.

Grape Varieties:
Viosinho,Malvasia Fina,Moscatel Galego

Tasting Notes:
Citrine color, greenish tinge, fruity, fresh and youthful, soft in mouth with good volume and good acidity. Soft, delicate and refreshing.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.

Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
