Winemaking:
Selection of grapes at the entrance of the cellar, total destemming and fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature (24 – 26 ºC) for 10 days, to extract the primary components responsible for the fruity aromas.

Grape Varieties:
Tinta Roriz,Jaen,Touriga Nacional,Alfrocheiro

Tasting Notes:
Clear, garnet with brownish reflections due to bottle aging. Elegant with notes of wild fruits. Soft and velvety, with a good balance between alcohol and acidity. Good persistence.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature between 16 ºC and 18 ºC.

Food Pairing:
Goes well with traditional meat dishes, such as stew of lamb, and also with cured cheeses.
