Campelo White

Winemaking:
After a careful selection of the grape varieties, the grapes were harvested very ripe and vinified using the most modern technology. Total destemming, light pressing and fermentation with temperature control between 16ºC and 18ºC in stainless steel vats, in order to preserve the typical aromas of the grapes varieties.

Grape Varieties:
Loureiro,Trajadura,Avesso,Arinto

Tasting Notes:
The color is clear, with citrus yellow tones. In the nose it is intense, citrus with some floral notes. Bulky, sharp acidity and mouth marked by exotic fruits. Refreshing and elegant finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served at a temperature between 8 and 10º C.

Food Pairing:
Due to its characteristics it is an ideal wine as an aperitif or to accompany dishes of grilled fish, white meats, vegetable meals and seafood.
