Quintela White

Winemaking:
After being destemmed, the grapes go to the pneumatic press, where they are gently pressed. The fermentation takes place during about 15 days with a controlled temperature of 14º C. After the alcoholic fermentation, the lots are stacked in stainless steel vats, later stabilized and filtered and bottled.

Grape Varieties:
Viosinho,Gouveio,Mascatel Galego

Tasting Notes:
Young citrine color. Aromatically intense with tropical fruits, typical of the Moscatel variety. In the mouth it is fresh and vigorous, with a long and persistent finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.

Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
