Winemaking:
100% manual harvesting. Crushing with total destemming, fermentation with strong maceration, interrupted by the addition of brandy (77%). Stage in wooden containers for some years.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Tinta Roriz,Touriga Franca,Tinta Barroca

Tasting Notes:
Very deep red in color. Excellent aromatic aroma dominating the wild fruits. In the mouth is a very structured wine with high quality round tannins, balance between sweetness and acidity. Very long and persistent finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serving temperature at 15ºC to 16 ºC

Food Pairing:
This wine is excellent as na aperetif, and fresh. It is also na excellent combination for cakes and sweet desserts.
