Anna Alonso Moscatel do Douro 

Winemaking:
The winemaking took place between the first and second week of September and the grapes were destemmed according to the traditional method of Port wine. The fermentation that transforms the natural sugar of the grapes into alcohol, takes place under controlled temperatures. The fermentation stop point is earlier than usual in other Ports, which allows for a higher degree of sweetness. The wine is aged in stainless steel vats to preserve its aromas and typical character. During the aging process the wines are tasted by the oenology team and mixed to achieve a final blend with the characteristics and style of the Douro. The selected wines are normally aged between 1 and 3 years, guaranteeing a final and balanced blend with about 2 years of age.

Moscatel Galego Branco

Tasting Notes:
Golden yellow color wine with great aromatic intensity. Attractive and complex, its rich flavor enhances exotic and tropical fruits, with floral nuances and a touch of honey. Its high sweetness is very well balanced with alcohol, giving it unique characteristics of great nobility.

Store and Serve Advices:
Ready to consume. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.

Food Pairing:
It combines with dried fruits and despite the sweetness it is an amazing wine as an aperitif. It goes well with cold desserts, including ice cream and bavaroise.
