100% manual harvesting. Crushing with total destemming, fermentation with strong maceration and controlled temperature. Stage in stainless steel vats for 2 years.

Moscatel Galego Branco

Tasting Notes:
Yellow golden colour. A complex aroma, fresh and with an intense aroma of Moscatel variety. Good structure in the mouth and excellent balance between acidity and sweetness. End of mouth long and persistent.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be consumed fresh, between 10 and 12ºC.

Food Pairing:
Excellent companion to enjoy moments of pleasure. Since stored away from light, heat and extreme cold, this wine maintains its characteristics for a few years.
