Cadão Moscatel do Douro 

Winemaking:
Manual harvest, very selective, with ripeness criteria great. maceration and fermentation with control temperature in stainless steel vats. Brew stop alcohol with the addition of special brandy to keep sweetness of the wine.

Grape Varieties:
Moscatel Galego

Tasting Notes:
Golden color, confit fruit aroma, orange peel compote. Very elegant but concentrated. Soft in the mouth, sweet and persistent.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serving temperature at 10-12°C.

Food Pairing:
As an aperitif, chilled, with a zest of lemon, or alongside a dark chocolate dessert or with a coffee.
