Winemaking:
Manual harvest, very selective, with ripeness. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with control temperature maceration followed by fermentation malolactic. Minimum stage 2 years before being bottled.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Tinta Roriz

Tasting Notes:
Closed ruby color, violet tinge, red fruit aroma and black complexed with slight notes of vanilla and toast, very elegant, soft and persistent.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Good with all meat dishes, game and cheeses.
